Chef Kerr’s love of cooking was evident from as early as 9 years of age. As a young boy, he preferred to gather with his Mom in the kitchen to create irresistible, freshly prepared creations for his family. This early foundation inspires him to this day.
His own tastes are as varied as his skills. From his favorite comfort food, Kraft macaroni and cheese to his love of pan seared foie gras with caramelized shallots he delights in all foods.

Chef Boyd Kerr is well versed in all aspects of cooking. He cultivated his skills as a young boy at home as well as in the field as a baker, pastry chef, and later in restaurant management. He is skilled in all kitchen aspects, from sweet to savory.
